Booking

The payment deadline is 2 days before arrival.

After your online booking, you will receive a booking confirmation and invoice by mail.

Information: The price reductions and surcharges from the Speciality Courses will be applied by us after your order.

Payment

We offer the following payment options:

1. Advance payment after invoice, payment can be made by CHF or EUR.
2. Cash payments can be made in Swiss francs (CHF), Euro (EUR), US dollars (USD) and Egyptian pounds (EGP). When paying in EGP, the current exchange rate converted from CHF to EGP. The current exchange rate is clearly displayed in the diving centers. It is based on the average value of purchases and sales according to the official bank rate CHF to EGP.
3. Credit card payments with VISA and Master Card can be made locally free of charge in the currencies Euro (EUR), US Dollar (USD) and Egyptian Pound (EGP). Please note that when paying by credit card in the local currency (EGP), the conversion from CHF to EGP is based on the CHF prices. This means that the advantages and also the disadvantages caused by currency fluctuations must be accepted.

Cancellation

Should your travel plans change please let us know as soon as possible by sending us an email, at least 2 days before arrival. More information under Terms and conditions.

Tansfer

Free of charge transfer to and from your hotel (within a maximum radius of 25 km to our base). Cross-area transfers of more than 25 km are also offered for a fee.
